As your much-awaited journey with Veena World begins, here’s how your first day will unfold based on your selected tour departure:
Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour should report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Domestic or International Airport, Mumbai, three hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport, your Veena World Tour Manager will meet you and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or the sightseeing spot, as per the itinerary.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure you receive complete guidance for a smooth arrival, hotel check-in, or joining at the sightseeing point.
Your Veena World Travel Advisor and Tour Manager will coordinate and guide you accordingly. The Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination, as per the itinerary shared with you.

Today early morning we visit Tiger Hill to enjoy a mesmerizing sunrise on the Kanchenjunga Ranges. Followed by a visit to Batasia Loop, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (HMI), Zoological Park, Himalayan Tibet Museum and Tenzing Rock. Later we visit the Tea Garden where we get to click photos in the tea garden as well as taste local Darjeeling Tea. In the evening, we enjoy some free time for shopping.

Today we proceed to Gangtok - a city situated amidst natural beauty. En-route head to Namchi to visit the Chardham Temple – also known as Siddheshwar Dham where we can witness one of the tallest statue of Lord Shiva and Samdruptse Monastery to view the statue of Guru Padmasambhava with a height of 135ft.

Today we explore Gangtok city, we visit Ranka Monastery, Banjhakri waterfall, we enjoy a Rope Way Ride which gives us a splendid view of Gangtok city, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology and Dordul Chorten Stupa. Later we visit the Flower Exhibition Centre / Plant Conservatory, Hanuman Tok, Ganesh Tok and Tashi View Point to capture amazing views of Himalayan ranges. In the evening we enjoy the local folk dance.

Today we visit Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir – a holy shrine honouring Indian army soldier, folk hero and saint Baba Harbhajan Singh. Later we visit Tsomgo Lake – a high altitude scenic lake considered to be sacred by the Sikkimese. In the evening, we have some free time to explore the nightlife and casinos of Gangtok on our own.
Note: Tsomgo Lake is situated at a high altitude, which may pose challenges for guests with certain health conditions. If you have pre-existing health issues, we strongly recommend consulting with your doctor before planning your visit to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Note: Foreigners and NRI's are restricted to visit Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir as per Government regulations.

Today we proceed Siliguri. En-route we visit Tista River for a thrilling experience of white water rafting.

Group Guests:
Guests traveling on the scheduled group flight will proceed to the airport as per the group’s departure time.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests:
J&L guests will proceed to the airport after the scheduled group tour concludes.
If your flight timing and airport match the group’s, you may join the group airport transfer. Otherwise, the cost of reaching the airport, cruise terminal, railway station, or bus terminal will be borne by the guest.
